Testing this I found one things:

When trying delete_records_via_leader.pl:
kohadev-koha at kohadevbox:/home/vagrant/kohaclone$ perl
misc/cronjobs/delete_records_via_leader.pl -v -c -i
RECORD: 288
Can't use string ("Koha::Biblioitem") as a HASH ref while "strict refs" in use
at /home/vagrant/kohaclone/Koha/Object.pm line 219.
