Indeed. I was looking at the KOTC plugin source (I think it is the source), and
noticing that it used CURRENT_TIMESTAMP. Clearly that timestamp's timezone
differs from the desktop version.

Thanks for the suggestion to read the manual. I figured out the three ways:
