[SIGNED-OFF] Bug 15827 - Unfriendly message when saving overdue notice/status
triggers

To test:
1) Go to Tools -> Overdue notice/status triggers
2) Click Save changes (you don't have to change anything)
3) Confirm message now says 'Changes saved.' which is much nicer
