As far as I know, MARCMaker is format which isn't used in the Unimarc-world. It
seems to be an old and outdated tool. Don't you think so? Is it really still
used? Doesn't MARCEdit support ISO2709 format? And there if I recall properly,
there is already a link Koha-MARCEdit.
