Work to be done:

* Add system preference BrowseShelfAsTable

* Enabling this option would display the shelf browse list as a table instead
of the horizontal view the browser currently display as.

* Add new include file shelfbrowser-table.inc which would take the same data as
shelfbrowser.inc, but display in a more standard table format.
