    Add new timestamp field ‘last_activity’ to the ‘borrowers’ table

    Update the field if one of the following ocurrs:
        Patron checks out item
        Patron renews an item
        Patron returns an item
        Patron is authenticated via SIP2
        Patron logs into OPAC
