Hm, I might have found a case where this doesn't work quite right:

Apply patch. Follow test plan:
- Make sure there is an overdue item with a fine.
- Renew overdue item with due date A.
- Observe that fine type changes from FU to F.
- Check out the item again - with a different due date B.
- Run fines again.
- Observe that fine is now F - although it should still be accrueing and FU.
