Also, I have a hunch this:

  </a>[% IF age %]([% age%])[% END %]

might be better written as:

  </a>[% IF age %] ([% age %])[% END %]

to 
1. Give a space between the link and the opening parenthesis
2. Make the layout of TT tags consistent
