Bug 15526: drop table nozebra

This table is not used anymore and can be removed.

Test plan:
In your sql cli:
  SHOW TABLES;
should return nozebra if your DB has been created before bug 7440.

Apply this patch and execute the update DB entry.
Now the table should have been dropped.
