Bug 14613 Send cart window is too small in staff and hides 'send' button To
Test: Add an item to cart click "cart" click "send" confirm that the send
window is larger and the send button is visible

NOTE: Remember to clear cache to refresh javascripts.
      This is much more visible if you zoom in 10% or more.
      This is larger, but more of a stop gap if you've got a large zoom.
