When a record has data in the 490 field, the addbooks.pl (cataloging search)
search results display is missing spaces before the 490a and 490v field
displays. Also, the 490a and 490v order should also be reversed. It's currently
displaying 490v, then 490a. It should be 490a, then 490v.
