After thinking this issue further and researching other availability
definitions that we have in Koha, I think the above definition of availability
is confusing and misleading, and routes are not good. Availability is more
broad term than what described in the first post, for example item can be
available for in-house use but not for checkouts, and by using these routes,
this kind of information should also be presented. I'm open to ideas :)
