This is a screen capture of deleting 2 items from the Cart (notepad on our
system) and not working.

This is an example of a problem with the Cart feature.  I have 2 items in my
Cart (Notepad on our system) and I tried to remove them from the Notepad. 
After multiple tries the items are still there.
