Thinking about wording.

Prerequisites: 
Readability. As short as possible (we are in a table column). Translation
friendly (no sentence splitting). Rules for capitalization (normally, item type
name is capitalized).

Word 'Renew' is a link (blue), rest is text (black).


Without renewal fee (as is)
