I've just tested it. Exporting works as expected, but Importing doesn't. After
selecting file and confirming it, it takes me to auth_tag_structure.pl as
expected, but the newly created authtype is still empty - nothing is imported.

Exporting and importing bibliographics frameworks works fine.
