I have applied and tested the first 2 patches, they work well but when I get to
the third I'm hitting

Applying: Bug 15407: Koha::Patron::Categories - replace GetBorrowercategory
fatal: sha1 information is lacking or useless (tools/overduerules.pl).
Repository lacks necessary blobs to fall back on 3-way merge.
Cannot fall back to three-way merge.
