There's a problem with the GST calculation on the parcel and invoice pages : if
you order 2 items but receive only one, the GST is calculated for 2 (number of
items ordered)
Here what is display in the table :
Total tax exc.  18.20   
Total (GST 5.00%)       1.82    
Total tax inc.  19.11
