We are open on a different schedule in the summer.  It would be great to be
able to say "Set a holiday on every Sunday between June 5 and September 4".  It
looks like you can do that, but if you try it sets every Sunday to be a
holiday.

I tried a couple of ways and messed it up so much that I had to have Bywater
help straighten it out...
