I'm not sure, that duplication behavior could also be seen as a feature instead
of a bug :) . However, one thing is that this patch only creates default
indicator settings for bibliographic records. The same for authority records is
still a possible future enhancement. Not sure how urgent that would be though,
since in my opinion authority records are usually kept pretty minimalistic in
most setups.
