Is this feature ready? I mean, are all concerns raised for the last 4 years
taken into account in this patch set?
If so, it would be great to have some of the people involved in the previous
discussion in the signoff process.

Note that this patch set is not ready to be pushed as it, there is a big lack
of tests (for new modules, new subroutines/methods and modified subroutines).
