QA comments:
1/ Prefer mock_preference to C4::Context->set_preference
2/ "my" variable $yaml masks earlier declaration in same scope at
C4/Circulation.pm line 1968.
3/ Fix some the indendation in JS code

I have not tested it already, but please fix that first.
