Using my dev install, without local modification, I get:

   Results of search for 'kw,wrdl: d' 
when you get
    Results of search for 'd #relevance_asc'

Do you have local modifications? Do you have stuffs in OPACUserJS? Do you use
QueryParser (pref UseQueryParser)?
