No i can add as many suggestions as I want.

It is related to:
opac/opac-suggestions.pl line 117

my $patrons_pending_suggestions_count = scalar @{ SearchSuggestion( {
suggestedby => $borrowernumber, STATUS => 'ASKED' } ) } ;

'my' should be removed
