Still valid on current master. 

After entering something like "The Library" <thelibrary at example.com>, saving
and refreshing the page, I get an empty field for KohaAdminEmailAddress,
followed by some html snippet:

Use [     ] " autocomplete="off" /> as the email address for the administrator
of Koha.
