Sorry but patch fail in C4/XSLT

When you make a search you obtain as follow:

Software error: at
<http://dev.koha:8080/cgi-bin/koha/catalogue/search.pl?q=au%3AMaxwell>

Can't use string ("Midway") as a HASH ref while "strict refs" in use at
/home/koha/kohaclone/C4/XSLT.pm line 308.

Or when you try to see the detail page of a bib-record:
