Still valid in master, Kitchen sink plugin version 2. I also found that when
running the Kitchen Sink plugin, the patron categories I have which contain
diacritics displayed incorrectly. 

Is this problem just with the plugin itself, or with the plugin system in Koha?
If the former, I suppose this bug is invalid and should be reported on the
plugin's repo.
