I have not included a test plan for this. It cannot be tested without
* an OverDrive account
* return url of
http(s)://your/opac/host/cgi-bin/koha/external/overdrive/auth.pl being
registered with OverDrive

In terms of regression testing, opac-user.tt has an additional tab that is
visible only when OverDriveCirculation syspref is set to yes, so it should
possibly be given just a quick check.

If someone with an OverDrive account wants to have a go, please let me know and
I will either email instructions or add them here.
