The QA tools report some problems:

 FAIL   t/Koha/Plugin/Test.pm
   OK     critic
   OK     forbidden patterns
   OK     pod
   OK     spelling
   FAIL   valid
                Global symbol "$VERSION" requires explicit package name 
                t/Koha/Plugin/Test.pm had compilation errors.

   OK     critic
   OK     forbidden patterns
   OK     pod
   OK     spelling
   FAIL   valid
