When receiving a serial issue with 'add item on receive' checked in the
subscription, the item form should appear when switching from 'Expected' to
'Arrived'. Instead I get a JavaScript error in Firebug:

TypeError: subfield is null
subfield.style.display = 'block';

        serials...tus=1,3
