1) In the XSLT, a '?' is appended to the syspref, followed by other params, so
it's a bug. Changing status to Failed QA

2) Telling about the other sysprefs here would be nice I think

3) I don't know any free service that could be used for testing. I'll try to
find a way to make this testable

4) An OpenURL resolver can provide additional resources, and we can't expect
all OPAC users to have installed a browser extension such as Zotero
