Aparently, a layout change made the tests fail. To reproduce:

- Run (on kohadevbox:ansible)
  $ sudo koha-shell kohadev
  $ cd kohaclone
  $ prove t/db_dependent/www/search_utf8.t
=> FAIL: mainsubmitform is not found, and the tests hang
