Lots of work done on this - would be nice to see a sign off!

But a little note from me: While I don't want to complicate things here even
more, please consider splitting patches up a bit more in the future. From the
initial description this could be 3-4 separate features:
- Enable an adult to have a guarantor;
- Shows guarantees fines in the guarantor's page;
- Transfer some guarantor's information to the guarantee while creating;
- Transfer guarantor's alternate contact to the guarantee while creating. 

This would make the features more visible in bugzilla, but also in the release
notes. As right now - the bug title doesn't really describe all that this patch
tries to achieve!
