Bug 16153: Adding "actions" class to Label Creator table actions so the buttons
dont wrap

To test:
1) Go to Tools -> Label Creator
2) Confirm that the actions column for the table on each management page
(Manage label batches, Manage layouts, Manage label templates, Manage printer
profiles) does not wrap on narrow browser windows.
