I think the thinking here is that the newsletters often have tips and tricks in
them. Categories are assigned by the person writing the post. I don't
necessarily disagree with the way it's been done, but possibly tags would be
better. Not sure how to resolve this one, but I thank you for raising it as a
possible issue.

I can't seem to recruit anybody to write tips and tricks posts for the
community website. (sort of) Rightfully, they tend to put them on their own
company websites.
