It does not work for me, could you please have a look at the test plan and make
sure all tests are listed?
For instance, it seems that debian/templates/apache-shared-intranet-plack.conf
and debian/templates/apache-shared-opac-plack.conf need to be copied (I did but
still does not work).

Code review:
Should not we test if the headers mod is enabled in
debian/templates/apache-site.conf.in?
