Following sentences in opac-account.tt have a translatability problem
(splitting by tags):

<p>A payment with the transaction id <i>[% message_value %]</i> has already
been posted to an account.</p>

<p>The transaction id <i>[% message_value %]</i> for this payment is
invalid.</p>
