Sorry, QA tools complain:
 FAIL   opac/opac-addbybiblionumber.pl
   FAIL   valid
                Global symbol "$bib" requires explicit package name 
                opac/opac-addbybiblionumber.pl had compilation errors.
                Found = in conditional, should be == 
                Can't modify scalar in scalar assignment
