At some point, it would be prudent to strip the now unnecessary "print_basket"
stuff out of opac-basket.tt. I didn't include it here, as it wasn't necessary
for the actual bug fix.

I also didn't want to do the work of removing all that code, if QA decides that
this fix is no good, so I'm happy to add a follow-up once QA is happy with this
patch.
