I tested these patches and found some issues:

When editing biblio (cataloguing/addbiblio.pl), the button "Z39.50/SRU Search"
is here twice - probably due to rebase

Button "Link authorities automatically" doesn't have icon - please use font
awesome icons instead of obsoleted icon-* classes

When trying to link on blank record i got "undefined - undefined" response
instead of "No authority link was changed."

Icons next to authority fields  (approve.gif / deny.gif) are not showing.

The matching itself looks OK
