Bug 17573: Remove itemtype-related warnings from DecreaseLoanHighHolds.t

To test:
- Run:
  $ prove t/db_dependent/DecreaseLoanHighHolds.t
=> FAIL: Lots of warnings
- Apply the patch
- Run:
  $ prove t/db_dependent/DecreaseLoanHighHolds.t
=> SUCCESS: All green and no warnings.
- Sign off :-D
