Google Scholar is no longer accessible via <a
href="http://www.scholar.google.com/scholar?q={TITLE}" target="_blank">Google
Scholar</a>. 

It should be changed to the current url <a
href="https://scholar.google.com/scholar?q={TITLE}" target="_blank">Google
Scholar</a>.
