[SIGNED-OFF] Bug 17578: GetMemberDetails - Remove GetMemberDetails

All the values different from the ones GetMember returned has been
managed outside of GetMemberDetails.
It looks safe to replace all the occurrences of GetMemberDetails with
GetMember.
