This issue is quite relevant not only for notices, but for the entire usage of
the "title" in the biblio table. It is used in quite a few places and 245$a
alone is much too limiting to be useful, both for staff and OPAC.

A useful thing would be to be able to configure the subfields stored in the
"title" database column, much like you can for example with the
AlternateHoldingsField preference. I realise these aren't anywhere near similar
in complexity though.
