Bug 5670: [Followup] Return Koha::Patron objects.

* Koha/Patron/HouseboundVisit.pm (chooser, deliverer): Use
  `_new_from_dbic` to return Koha::Patron objects.
* t/db_dependent/Patron/HouseboundVisits.t: Remove TODO section for this.
