Bug 5670: [QA Followup] Display HouseboundRole info.

* Koha/Patron.pm (housebound_role): New method.
* koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/members/moremember.tt: Add
  section for HouseboundRole information
* members/moremember.pl: Pass HouseboundRole info to template.
