Bug 15900 [QA Followup] - Use Koha::Patrons instead of Koha::Borrowers

Since the initial submission of this patch, the module Koha::Borrowers
has been moved to Koha::Patrons. This patch changes the call from
Koha::Borrowers to Koha::Patrons.
