There is no description in the uploaded_files table. It would be useful to

- use as 856$y
- use in file search next to name and hash
- …

I think it would need to go into the DB table, into the plugin (if 856$y is
supposed to be populated from this) and into the upload/search part.

I don't have time to work on this ATM, for now I'd like to hear if this makes
sense or if there are reasons not to do it, other parts that need updating for
it etc.

Also I may have just missed it is already being worked on, there are a lot of
bugs related to upload and I could not find it.
