Hi Jonathan,

this is looking good, but I found something a bit disturbing (to me :) ):
Try to add an authorized value category "Branches".
The system tells you, that the category already exists.
But: It will allow you then to add a new value to it.

Can we show the "used internally message" and now allow to do that?

I will move the "delete category" to a separate bug.
