Cool, thx Jonathan - one last thing - could you take a look at the installer
files? 

You noted that before this is pushed we need to fix the files there. I think
this is really close to PQA now.

Could we handle this like sysprefs.sql having one file on top level used for
all? I think we got no need for translations here.
