the problem,
   - submit any search authority.
   - In the page 1 of result, you have 20 authority.
   - Go to the page 2, the first result in this page is correct, but the rest
is the same of the last page(page 1).
   - In the page 3, you have 2 good result and the rest is the same of the last
page.
